BLESSED

Since the last entry God has continued to work on us! The Doctor said she just was not impressed with what she saw and I think she was interpreting God's thoughts exactly. So...no more visit required for 6 more months. Thank you for your prayers.
Well if you are around me much I quote Facebook way too much but it has been a fun thing for our whole family to reconnect with family and friends. God has blessed us with so many aquaintances that have shaped us to be the people we are today. Each person has added something to our past and helped shape our future. How great to go all the way back to childhood with Dana Brymer Sluder. Her Daddy taught me to play in the key of B-flat. I will never forget it. He said I was going to play THE OLD RUGGED CROSS and sing alto at the same time with Pat Randazzo. We did it. And now one of my FB friends is Terri Albright my worship leader and who knows we may sing it in the coming weeks leading up to Easter our Savior's Resurrection Rememberance in the key of B-flat. Wow full circle. I just feel so blessed to know so many people that Love God and have shaped my life.
There are other things that happen in our life too. Like GRANDKIDS! They spent the night last Friday night. They are amazingly precious! Now we are having to find things to do other than just hold and kiss on them. This time Poohpaw thought it would be a great idea to fingerpaint! SO WE DID! We did lots and lots. There was not a surface in our kitchen that did not have a lovely painting on it. It made the hanging on the side of the bed all night with a few kicks in the head worth it all. Tomorrow when they are too busy to finger paint will come way too soon for us.
Tomorrow we are off from work to go to Buddy Peck's funeral. I want to leave a legacy for my family that says she knew how to live and bless people as Mr Peck did.
He was an example of a Godly life mixed with fun. We will miss you Mr Peck but know that you are rejoicing with your family and ours around the throne.
Thank you Lord for Family and Friends and times to come that we will reconnect with you being the center of our friendship!
